At AI Image Studio, operated by Goopter Holdings Ltd (DBA: Goopter Commerce), we strive to provide high-quality AI image processing services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for credit purchases made on our platform.

Credit Purchases

All credit purchases on AI Image Studio are considered final once the credits have been added to your account. Credits are a digital product that are immediately available for use upon purchase. We offer the following credit packages:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If a purchased credit package was not properly credited to your account due to a system error, we will either credit the appropriate amount or issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charges in full.
  • Service Unavailability: If our platform experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using purchased credits, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Failed Processing Jobs: If an AI processing job fails due to a platform error (not due to invalid input), the credits consumed by that job will be automatically refunded to your account balance.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been used for processing jobs.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, as output quality can vary based on input quality and the nature of AI processing.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Use.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date and amount of the purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
